  This is one of the better McDonald's. But it has issues like long wait times for mediocre fast food. Like fries should be hot and crispy not Luke warm when you get them. Fries only have a shelf life of 4 minutes under a heat lamp. Burgers are usually decent 135 degrees is the hot holding temp and a lot of times it's 6-7 degrees under that. Flavor wise it's ok this is why I buy the quarter pounders fresh always hot hot and juicy. Personally I would rather wait the extra 90 seconds for my food to be fresh and hot. Just remember when McDonald's first started it was fresh and hot and worth the money. These days it's not worth the money for the food you get or the work that's put behind it. As a corporation you have to remember the bottom line the customer. Foods need to be hot fresh and in a hurry. Running a fast food restaurant is a hard business no one gets that better than I do but standards need to be higher and people actually have to put heart and soul because it's an extension of you. McDonald's gives the tools got to use them. This review isn't here to bash McDonald's but to help and build McDonald's up to do better. I also know it's not all on the owners it's the corporate franchise heads. Also the skilton crews at night on a weekend needs to get better you guys would make more money being effective and efficient fast fresh and hot at night if you more folks actually where working. Take all the weaknesses and build on them to make greatness.

  I was parked because they where missing 1 single hashbrown, no big deal so far, however the girl bringing my food out had so many bags in her hands she dropped my hashbrown in a puddle picked it up and handed it to me like i was going to eat that after that. So gross imagine what elsethe staff is doing to your food if they served me food they dropped on the ground in a puddle!!!!

  I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for more than six years , but now I don’t feel like going anymore. My kids want me to take them, but today I felt very upset. An employee told me that they always have problems with me, which made me really sad. The issue is that when I place my order, they often make mistakes at the end. Sometimes they give me something different instead of what I ordered, like a free burger, but that’s not what I asked for. They don’t seem to understand my order properly. I feel upset because my orders keep getting messed up, and instead of fixing it, they say I am the problem. I only take my kids there twice a week. I really wish the manager could hear my concerns and fix these issues so everything can go smoothly.
