Good luck if you walk in to place an order, better to go through the drive thru, oh wait, they don’t allow pedestrians in the drive thru! I went here Thursday Morning (4/2/2026), and placed an order with the kiosk and went to the counter to pay. Did anyone come out? NOPE!! A long line formed at the counter, including DoorDashers, we even rang the doorbell and knocking on the door, anything? Again, NOPE! Sounded like someone in the back was having an attitude, one employee brought out a DoorDash bag and nonchalantly “tossed” it on to the counter. Whoever designed the front counter layout of the restaurant needs to be fired, no one can see the lobby when there are people waiting to order or to pick up food, what’s the point of having a camera aiming to the front lobby when no one ever comes out? Never coming back here again!!!

I think it is very unwelcome atmosphere. Everyone is in the back and people pile up in the lobby without ever being acknowledged. My fries were cold and I got no dipping sauce fir my nuggets. The guy came out looked at my order & came back & asked can help smh. Yea bring my food. Not going back ever

They have the dine-in area block off from the kitchen to the point where no one can see if there is a customer up front. They have an error-filled kiosk system that doesn’t communicate orders with the “main” system. There was some glitch with my order that took 20 minutes to resolve by that time, I had to leave for work. 32 minutes for an order of pancakes and didn’t even get it. They had me swipe for a refund that’s not here a day later. Just cook it yourself. Oh and there will be a language barrier and no accountability or apology

The app wouldn’t scan, they said it was expired even though it said 3/29 was the expiration. Even after getting the manager and explaining the situation she was no help. She kept repeating “I give you something free” but when I asked what she gave me for free she shook her head said “I don’t know” and looked at me like I was in the wrong. The price never changed, she purposely dropped the receipt then closed the window. You need to hire better people.

Went here with my dad today. My dad honestly couldn't wait to get out of here. The seats were low (without cushioning), no soda fountain machines so the employees are left to make all drinks for customers - not convenient if you're like me who prefers to mix drinks and my dad actually had a hard tine getting to the bathroom because it was locked for some reason? No one was inside but employees were able to get it open. We're so used to going to the 40th and Dodge location so this one was definitely different. My dad made his decision he was not going back to this one.
