  Does anyone know name of manager who works at this location shw is the rudest person and hung up on me clearly before I even asked her my question. She refused to assist in any way ans I reported this but this lady needs to he replaced she has no customer service experience maybe she needs training

  Service shouldn’t even be part of the review. No one takes the order anymore, it’s all on a kiosk. My biggest complaint was we ate inside and it was extremely cold in the building. The employees said no heat and nothing they could do about it. They also did get our order wrong but fixed it when we told them the problem.

  This McDonald's is a reliable go-to for a quick, hot meal delivered with consistent quality. The staff was surprisingly fast and friendly, ensuring the fries were perfectly salted and the burgers were fresh. It is easily one of the cleanest and most efficient locations I’ve visited lately!

  If you’d like to wait 15 minutes before ordering, another after paying and then 30 minutes in a pick up lane. Then this is the McDonalds for you! We waited nearly an hour for 2 meals & 2 kids meals, they didn’t give us our waters because we didn’t order them they said. Although our receipt says we paid nearly a 1.50 per water. Stay away from here & just go to Jimmy John’s (on the other side of the gas station).

  Everytime me and my family get food we spend a minimum of $120. Well this time we lost all Respect for McDonald’s. They treated us with such disrespect and belittlement. We had a mobile order and couldn’t order Mac sauce on the app, so we asked at the cashier, they said to ask the second window. We asked and they worker asked her supervisor, her supervisor asked her manager and her manager said that we had to get back in line and that they didn’t care about our order. We were told contradictory information and disrespected for it. Manager was rough and aggressive with us. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, even if it’s free.
