  I would always order to go and even if I call and specifically request ( one time I actually begged) they still forget to put mayo packets in the bag. If you only order cause you expect mayo packets don’t order from here. They will forget even if you threaten to curse their future offspring with plague and virus they will brush it off and leave you with a dry sandwich. Called and they offered me a 15$ credit cause it happened so many times. Then I called back to order 2 weeks later and I didn’t have a credit on my account. They are not worried about whether you like your sandwich or not at this location. It’s actually the worst one I’ve ever witnessed.

  Ordered through DoorDash and the driver told me the worker refused to make my meal. My order was sent to multiple drivers and both dashers told me the store didn’t want to make my meal. They sent me pictures of how disheveled the inside of the store was as well. Don’t order from here or give them your business. Thankfully DoorDash refunded me the money when they saw how awful the inside looked.

  This Jimmy Johns is horrible. The staff are not friendly and make sandwiches incorrectly more often than correctly. I usually order online for delivery. After getting so many mistakes I decided to go in to the store today. Staff were devoid of any kind of basic hello, smile, or anything. That would be fine if they made my sandwich right I suppose. I ordered a beach club no cucumber no lettuce, add peppers and bacon. Got no cucumber and no tomato, still had lettuce, like 2 peppers and no bacon which I paid for. There were no other tickets or customers up. Like how hard is it to read 1 ticket with 1 sandwich and no other distractions. If they can't even make the basic sandwiches, what else isn't getting done properly that we can't see. This place is dead to me. I'll never order from this location again unless it changes hands or management..

  Food tasted typical for what we always get so cant say much about that. As for the service. Terrible! We walked in and waited minutes to have our order taken the kid putting sandwich papers together looked over at least 3 times and didn't say a word. When lady came to the register she just stared at us didn't say a word.
