Pretty sure this is the worst Jimmy John’s in America. Exact opposite of freaky fast. Gets orders wrong. Rarely asks for rewards number and says it’s broke half the time. Went so far down hill it’s insane. I live close so I’ve tried to tie them many chances but good god idk how they stay open.
I come here regularly and usually don’t complain, but this visit was disappointing. I customized my sandwich and didn’t receive what I asked for—not even the standard lettuce and tomato that normally come with it. For the price of these sandwiches, I expect better attention to detail.
This location also never lets customers know when mobile app orders are ready, which adds to the frustration. I’ll likely start going out of my way to a different location where the service is consistently better. This experience felt like a waste of money.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding an experience I had with one of your locations this evening. I placed an online order that included multiple sandwiches and a pickle. Upon opening our order at home, we realized that one of the sandwiches was missing.
I immediately called the store to address the issue, but the interaction I had with the staff member who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly insisted that I was lying about the missing sandwich and claimed that she had reviewed a camera and confirmed the sandwich was in the bag. I can say with absolute certainty that the sandwich was not in our order.
When I asked for the name of the general manager so I could follow up, she refused to provide it and stated that I would need to call back on Wednesday. She also claimed she did not know the general manager’s phone number. When I mentioned that I could contact another store to obtain it, she responded dismissively, stating that she did not care and that other stores “don’t have anything to do with me.”
During the call, she informed me that our conversation was being recorded. I requested a copy of the recording as well as the video she referenced, and she responded that I would not be allowed to come in and obtain any video. She refused to offer a refund or provide the missing sandwich, and her tone throughout the conversation was disrespectful and dismissive.
This experience was not only frustrating but also very disappointing, as I have always appreciated the quality and service Jimmy John’s typically provides. I understand that mistakes happen, but I do expect courteous and professional communication when trying to resolve them.
I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring this type of interaction does not occur again. Additionally, I would still like to receive either the missing sandwich or a refund for the item I paid for but did not receive.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 cookies. My Husband goes to get the order and they tell him I only paid for 1 chip. I show him on the receipt where it shows I ordered and paid for 2. He goes back to get the chips and the young lady was rude. When he finally gets back home I discover my sandwich is missing the bacon I had added to it. Again it's clearly on the receipt. I call the store to ask for a managerand young lady ask why.I tell her what my issue is and ask her can she leave a note for someone so I can get a $3 credit on my next purchase. We already had to come back to the store for chips. She begins yelling at me and hangs up the phone.I then called back and politely asked her for she hang up on me. She said no you hung up. I ask again the managers name for my complaint. She goes on to say complaint lay I offered for you to come get another sandwich made and you don't want to come get it that they'd nothing else she can do. She goes on to say I'm the manager and I didn't need her name, she's there every evening. Probably won't visit this location anymore and hopefully they get better employees!
