  I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I really was put off today. I went into Jimmy John’s because I saw commercial that it was by any sandwich get a drink and chips for a dollar. And it inspired me to go in I like Jimmy John’s. When I got there, they told me that their franchise was choosing to opt out. Obviously that’s their prerogative, but it’s in such bad form to be a part of a franchise and not do the national promotions when you know they’re being advertised. Of course bought a sandwich because I was there, but I will not go back to that location again because I don’t enjoy people moving in business that way

  Food, great. Service, meh. Etc. One time, I came and it took the 10-15 minutes to make my order, cuz the dropped the ticket for my order, which annoyed me, but it was better than not getting my food, but the employes were really nice and apologized to me. But the food is just great, and the powerade is just really good. Edit: And the staff, just very kind staff members

  Pretty fast and par for the course food. I think it's a bit expensive for what you get though Service was fast and the app is easy to use

  Done eating here. Due to mistakes on my last three orders. It's forgetting sides and not following customizations. Now my online notifications don't work at the store but magically work at every other Jimmy John's.
