Hardy Coffee Co. serves its expertly roasted coffee and from-scratch baked goods at four locations across Omaha. This shop, in the heart of the Benson neighborhood, opened in 2013. In addition to ample indoor seating, it also has a lovely courtyard. What began as a hill full of rubble and human-sized weeds before it opened, is now a quiet place, full of truly lovely plants, for sipping coffee alongside each season.
