This place hires kids who stand around and literally don't do their jobs, but can have phones in their hands and be messing around all the time. No option in my email to get help, ask for partial refund or nothing. Girl who answered phone just says "Oh sorry". My daughter said everyone was standing around no one helped her she had to stand there going thru bags of orders to find ours. Wouldn't have thought you'd put one order in 2 bags when it was 3 items. Waste of 40 bucks. Never again. This location is just garbage.

I will be contacting the manager to make this right somehow but I'm not hopeful looking at the reviews. May need to contact upper management if I get no results from store manager. I will post how this turns out. Very, very disappointed
