- BABrittany AvantFeb 14, 20261.0I had a very horrible experience at this location. I placed a delivery order and upon waiting there was a text message sent from the delivery driver saying that he had been waiting for 15 minutes and that the employees were arguing so I called up there. It was a young girl that answered the phone, and I told her that I received the message from the delivery driver and she denied that there was any arguing she was even arguing with the DoorDash driver There was a re delivery and I was waiting and waiting and finally called up there and the girl kept hanging up so I made a trip down there. It looked like no one was in there. The door was locked. The girl answered the door and said that the manager had quit. And there was nothing that she could do for me to get a refund. She said the food was delivered, but we were already there. This place is a hot mess. I will never order from here again! And when the food was delivered, it was cold. Now I believe that there was some arguing because a manager had already quit. So the Delivery driver wasn’t lying Worst experience I ever had at a restaurant never again.

While also trying to explain the situation over the phone, I was screamed at and then hung up on in my face. All of my neighborhood will no longer be utilizing this place is a disgrace.

She was so sweet to us and her attitude was off the charts with happiness! Her name was Arlo and god damn does that girl deserve a raise!

Received possibly one kind and the rest were just plain nuggets!!! No sauce or seasoning. Fries came soggy and no seasoning. Customer service was very poor for us being the only people there.

I watched the staff engaging with customers and bringing the food out to everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed this shop and will return!
