After getting frustrated I walked in and saw 6 workers, only 1 actually working and the rest joking and laughing in Spanish. After getting ignored for a couple more minutes one worker actually came over and I explained I was waiting for my food to be brought out. It was sitting on the counter by the cashier. What a joke that experience was. Only one who spoke English was the guy who took the order and working the window.

Yall get mad because YOU charge for it.. okay so I stopped using the app entirely, I order everything word for word at your window… So tell me why my biggie bag always comes with a bbq sauce, then I paid for 3 extra, and I only get the three extra that I paid for? Like do you guys know how to do your jobs at all? Give away your sauces for free if you don’t know how to do it correctly. Third time this month
