  I came here at 845 and the worker had all her friends there and ofcourse she tells me they are closing in 15 minutes and couldn’t make me a simple smoothie and as I leave there all laughing what a shame as I just moved into the area and was excited too try this place looks like I won’t be coming here again

Orders are ready quickly, and the place always feels welcoming. If you’re looking for a better alternative to fast food that still tastes amazing, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a winner.

  Plastic piece was found in my smoothie. Wish I would’ve noticed before it was in my mouth! Be careful coming here that could’ve been really dangerous especially if it was a kid.

  I submitted a catering order 2.5 days before it was to be picked up. When I arrived at 7:45am, my scheduled time, I was chastised for not calling the day before to make sure they would have enough staff on-hand to help make the order. They only had one staff member, so my order was not ready on time. I didn't realize it was my job to make sure they had enough staffing, especially when it was not a last-minute order. We will find someplace else for orders like this in the future.
