  They forgot my chalupa and it was supposed to be one of my fire rewards. How disappointing.

  This is my favorite taco bell I've been to in Omaha, my order is always correct and made fresh, and the staff are present.

  I will not be going to this taco bell again. This is not the first time that situations like this have happened but this is the first time that I had ordered a number 6 meal (3 doritos locos tacos) along with a deluxe box. Not only was the man at the drive through very rude, he ignored our order multiple times, and kept telling us an item on the menu didn't exist even though it was right in front of our face. After receiving the food and looking in the bag it appeared that everything was there (it was not). After arriving home, I opened up the bag and got out what i thought was my first doritos locos taco. Then as i continued to open the contents of the bag we were given 3 regular crunchy tacos (that were not ordered) and that were cold and falling apart. The drive is not very far so the tacos could not have gotten cold over the drive home. Also included with the deluxe was supposed to be cinnamon twist which we received but it was only 5 tiny ones in the little bag with none having fallen out into the other bag. Very disappointing service and will not be coming back or recommending.

  the african guy supervisor(been here for a long time, very nice guy) and the red head guy are both super nice, they always go way out of thier way to say hi and akways smile and get the orders out quickly, very good team.
