And maybe it was a person I'm not really sure they asked me if I wanted to use Taco Bell points on the app. I said, no, and then I asked a question about something on the menu? And I waited, and I waited, and I waited, and nobody said a word. I said, hello again. Nobody said a word. I waited about 5 minutes a little more and then I sent screw it. I made sure to look to make sure they were open and they were. And when I drove by, I would have imagined somebody be standing there. Maybe they were busy with someone in there. The lobby or something, but the lobby was empty.Nobody was at the window, terrible customer service bills.It was like nobody was even working.But all the lights were on people were there.They just weren't willing to answer any orders
