  This is my favorite location. I came in tonight 02/22 at 9:40pm and had the best experience with the employees and manager. Food is always warm and comes out fast. I went through a loss tonight and they gave me more than just a meal. Thank you!

  We came to get food for the family after our best friend’s dad just passed away and the employees were talking shit about the order right inside the drive thru window while we sat right there waiting.

  This taco bell never disappoints, always friendly, always the correct order and the food is good. Some taco bells lack all of that anymore

  homeless hangs out in parking lot, staff is rude disrespectful and slow, probly one of the worst taco bell locations in omaha, waited over 30 minutes for a dine in order that I placed on the mobile app prior to arriving, could overhear staff talking negatively about customers

  I go to the taco bell pretty frequently, never really had many problems until I started doordashing. Doors are always locked by 11pm, been like that the last 10 times ive been there. I have actively tried the doors and they are always locked. Plus, the doordash app tells me to go through the drive through. So, i went through the drive through. I told them my order and this woman in an extremely condescending tone told me that when i come for a doordash, i need to come inside. I told her that the app tells me differently and the doors are always locked by 11pm when I come. She told me the app was wrong, which is whatever, but the tone she had used with me was extremely condescending and rude, she treated me like I was dumb. I get its food service, its tiring, and exhausting, but don't treat me like I am lower than you because of a doordash. I work food service too AND i have a retail job as well, i max 50 hour work weeks. It's tiring and draining, but taking a step back, a deep breath, and treating your customers with actual respect makes a huge difference. I will mostly be using the drivethrough as i normally do. I usually only frequent this taco bell after 11pm so of course that wont change. Using the type of tone she used with me changed absolutely nothing.
