Customer service the other day was just perfect. I’m not sure who it was who worked there, but he should definitely be given a raise or an offer to work somewhere that will pay him for his efforts

Waited for about six minutes for someone to even come to the window to greet me. Then I received no napkins, silverware, or the sauce that you asked me if I wanted

Like any other Taco Bell, it is the standard fast food affair. Food quality and atmosphere are fine, but the service was dismal.
I placed an order through the drive through that came out wrong. I brought it to the attention of the staff inside who got it wrong again. I was mildly annoyed at that point, but the assistant manager threw their employees under the bus because, "I put it in right. THEY were the ones who prepared it wrong."
I requested a refund, but the general manager claims that they don't give those out, supposedly from up high. I'm sympathetic to the interests of rank-and-file staff, so that kind of behavior from management is just not okay at all.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Taco Bell on January 7th around 11:00 a.m. in the drive-thru. The man working the window was beyond rude. His tone, attitude, and the way he spoke to me were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This was not just a “bad day” — it was flat-out terrible customer service.
When I calmly asked for his name so I could properly address the issue with a manager, he refused to give it to me. While I understand employees may not be obligated to share their names, refusing while already treating a customer poorly only escalated the situation and showed a complete lack of accountability.
This was an older Caucasian male working the drive-thru, and his behavior reflected extremely poorly on this location. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to provide even basic customer service.
Managers should take this review seriously. With the date and time provided, it should be very easy to identify which employee was working the drive-thru. Customers should not be spoken to this way, period.
I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest management address this issue immediately.
