    I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Taco Bell on January 7th around 11:00 a.m. in the drive-thru. The man working the window was beyond rude. His tone, attitude, and the way he spoke to me were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This was not just a “bad day” — it was flat-out terrible customer service. When I calmly asked for his name so I could properly address the issue with a manager, he refused to give it to me. While I understand employees may not be obligated to share their names, refusing while already treating a customer poorly only escalated the situation and showed a complete lack of accountability. This was an older Caucasian male working the drive-thru, and his behavior reflected extremely poorly on this location. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to provide even basic customer service. Managers should take this review seriously. With the date and time provided, it should be very easy to identify which employee was working the drive-thru. Customers should not be spoken to this way, period. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest management address this issue immediately.

    Fast, friendly customer service and great food. This location may make extra money and notoriety by hosting a seminar on how to do fast food for other businesses.

    Best tacobell in Omaha. But the franchise owner of this tacobell got rid of the $5 cravings box. Don’t worry surrounding tbells still have it. Unfortunately I’m never coming back to this tacobell.
