I went home & enailed the main office about the problem. Also called main 800 number & made a complaint. I have not been back since that day. This store is very close to my house so I drive by it at lots of different times. I hardly ever see a full parking lot- don't know how this location stays in business. I will never go back there again- there are plenty of other locations close to me that I use now.
