  Using the Subway app I ordered a Subway Club with fixings and chips for delivery. I received a club with no meat and no chips. When I called to complain they said I could come in for a new sandwich or bring the sandwich in the next day for the manager to issue a refund. I was in Chicago the next day. I complained to corporate and got an apology email in return. I spent $15.67 for bread, some vegetables, and sauce. Still no refund.

  I can into subway and jojo was very nice and polite...she made my ham sandwich with fresh veggies on it and also the right amount on it so you can taste the meat..the lettuce was very fresh and the bread too... this is good for this subway...i do not come in here often..i was in a hurry..
