I placed an order through the app for pick-up, and was quoted that my food would be ready by 11:19 p.m. Arrived and checked in through the app in a stall like you are required to, and waited for THIRTY WHOLE MINUTES while dozens of cars came and went through the drive-thru. Called the store and the woman who answered said "Yeah, no. Stalls close at 11. We can't control what it says in the app." There's no indicator that the stalls close at any given time. They saw me waiting in the stall, but never made an effort to indicate that I needed to go to the drive-thru. They never called me or anything. Why do I need to attatch a phone number to my account if you're not going to use it to contact me about my order!?! And since my food was made to be picked up 30 minutes prior everything was cold.

I waited almost an HOUR for my mobile order that just had a burger and drink I got tired of waiting at a stall so I joined the drive through line which contained to take 30 more minutes all for the lady in the drive through to act rude and very unprofessional and when we got to the window we could see bags and bags of food just sitting there for who knows how long the drink tasted VERY watered down and the burger tasted old I’ve never seen such terrible service.

Then she starts yelling to go through drive through, if you dont like your job, JUST QUIT!!! Making others miserable because you are isnt a good attitude to have especially when your job is mostly customer service. Do better!!!!
