  I just want to say thank you for the best service I ever had at a restaurant. From management to the servers every person here is wonderful and makes this place worthy of such a high rating. For the next part I'll provide the context that I work with the armored car company who services these people. Starting with the management, the manager here after getting them during servicing this location shows a great personality that I can say with certainty has a positive effect on the staff here. From the short interaction it was clear that they cared about making a positive work environment and keeping the mood light and professional. The receptionist was quick to help us with our reservation when we got in. Understandably asking if we'd like a table since we were a party of 2 and honestly I had no clue the booths were so big when I made it. She was understanding when I took a moment to think it over and ask if there were options that weren't high tops. Not only that but she was one of the very few people in that position who has noticed my elderly grandma and slowed her pace to our table to let my grandma keep up. I want to say this is very much appreciated and I hope it continues to be a friendly place like this. The waiter we had was also wonderfully she never left us alone for too long while juggling multiple tables around us and was quick to help explain menu items that I have never had or seen before. Even when I had asked to get some chips and salsa to go to share with family she was quick to mention the multiple options for sizes of salsa and even offered to show the bowl so that I could more easily get an idea of how much I was getting. When it came time to pay I had split it 70 30 and gratefully that she was so willing to accommodate. Not only that but when I paid the 70 and was helping my grandmother do the 30 percent she want impatient with us and even when to take an order from the table next to us which honestly I think was great multitasking. From start to Finnish she was kind, patient, and knowledgeable which led to a great overall experience. So much so I wish I had been in a position to leave a much bigger tip. The food was honestly wonderful. The chips and salsa were so well made. The chips were perfectly crunchy with a light smoky flavor. The salsa was blended to a great consistency and had so much flavor packed into it without being overwhelming. The salsa Verde was some of the best I've had. Not to overpowering but just enough heat to feel good. The stuffed pepper(I already forgot the name, it's the item I asked for help to know what it was) was honestly soooo tasty. I can't normally stand peppers but it was cooked in such a way that the pepper didn't overpower any of the other flavors or textures and the whole dish came together in the end thanks to this. The taco was good. It's a taco I can't really say much. It was good. The best part about the food overall was how the chicken in each dish retained it's juiciness and flavor leading to a much more impactful taste in each dish. Where other Mexican restaurants you end up with dry chicken leading to everything else being what makes flavor it plays a crucial part here in bringing each dish up just a notch above the rest. Next is the pricing. For 15 dollars on average per plate you get what 20 dollars gets you in many other chain restaurants but with so much more flavor. It's honestly a blessing to see somewhere with such good prices for such amazing food. This right here is what seraps the deal for me to be a repeat customer. Lastly the atmosphere. I have to say I love the atmosphere but in combination with the low contrast in the menus it makes it much more difficult to heresd the menus of your not at a table with a light over it. The only reason I can't give 5 stars for this aspect is because function is being sacrificed for form. Otherwise the ambience is honestly great for setting a relaxed mood here. Again thank you for providing such wondefull service at affordable prices and with amazing staff

  We’ve been coming here for years, and it always hits the spot for the family. I usually get the chicken and steak fajitas, and they have an excellent assortment of Tex mex food.

  We have liked Roja for quite some time, but tonight deserves the extra 5 star review. Today, we showed up and the bar was packed. With just two seat left at the bar top, we were greeted by Chet the bartender. He let us know roght away that it would take a minute to get to us, but we saw how quickly he worked to get everyone what they needed. He was polite, got back to us quickly, and continued to work just as hard throughout lur entire meal. He's awesome! The food was great and the beer was cold. Just a couple more reasons to visit Roja more often.

  Took a family member there for lunch with the new subscriber's 20.00 off voucher. Wow. The restaurant is clean, huge, and beautiful. Our server, Malori S, was very sweet and helpful. She made some great recommendations. The margarita was perfect. The portions are generous and the food is outstanding. The restroom was pristine and huge. Will be going back!

  Started with us not getting a seat on the patio, despite making a reservation for it. Ordered chimichanga with no beans and got beans in it any way. Got home and tried my daughter’s tacos and found a huge bone (see picture). Won’t be going back.
