He was unaware that there was a Parmesan crust option for 5 minutes. He said okay I have added that to your order, and then I also ordered the Cinnabon mini rolls and he said he added it. Was 19$ after the discount. Pizza arrived only, no side & no discount applied Called the manager and he said I was not charged for the side because it was forgotten on the ticket, and I informed him that I still didn’t receive the discount of 35% which is large...and the ethics of realizing that some with that little knowledge of the menu & that incapable/illiterate person should not be typing in orders, but the manager of this 108th st on Thursday night = garbage. Pushed me off the phone while I was nothing but polite while explaining
