  I went there last night, 2/13/26. I ordered online. I got the notification that my order was ready. I got to the store, they said they hadn't even started my order yet. The kid behind the counter had no sense of urgency, or empathy. He had zero personality. There was no manager either. My order was an hour later than the time it was supposed to be ready. I might be a little more understanding if the kid "helping" me was in any was apologetic. They didn't care. I will not be back.

  My carry out is late every time i ordered just one pepperoni and I went on the ordered done time and it’s not even in yet something has to change they are all always rude and we say one simple request to just make our order feel more quality they have a rude response and my order doesn’t look good or taste good I was born in the 90s where Pizza Hut was a buffet and that was the best it needs to come back that way or this location specifically needs education about making pizza and keeping it sanitary

  Been a while since we have had Pizza Hut and it did not disappoint. The food was delivered quickly and everything was delicious. This location is doing a great job.

  I went there last night order some food online do I can just go and pick it up my order was supposed to be ready a 6:25pm I got there later then that time because is never ready at the time that they always set up so when I got there I pay for my order and apparently they cannot find my order at all the look everywhere and they couldn’t find my order they never told me anything apologies for the inconvenience and delay they just keep walking talking to each other looking for my order the manager walks in never apologize to me about the mistake that apparently and DoorDash or a pizza driver took it by mistake she proceeded to tell me then to remake my order ask for my receipt to make cause they don’t even have the receipt for my order told me it will take 10 minutes I told her I’ll be back came back after 10 minutes the same person that help me earlier never told me anything I ask another person for my order when and look for my order never say anything for me after a while I ask the kid that was the cashier how long more for my food and the food was ready the whole time I wait and hour for no reason never apologize for anything ruin my whole night and my food was cold cause I can tell was not fresh at all I just can’t believe that even that manager lady don’t even have the sense or that connection with customers I work in a restaurant and I will never be Like this with my customers especially if I want to keep more people to the restaurant that I work at.

  After terrible service the previous time I was optimistic still about using the store credit- guy overcharged me and couldn't figure out how to refund so gave me store credit. Mind you, I had been over charged, this was not making up for the order mistake they also made. Fast forward- 1) food not ready on time (oh well, I can be patient) 2) crust didn't raise right, it will be another 7 minutes (still patient, not their fault) 3) did we say seven minutes? We should have said 15 (ok, getting hungry) 4) order wrong, they made substitution without asking- it wouldn't work. Irritated now. I told them I would be leaving a negative review 5) pizza was AWFUL- pan pizza crust was like a soggy, generic hand tossed, barely any sauce, I tossed it all 6) stopped to speak to a manger the next day and after making me wait two minutes to even talk to her (I could hear her in back discussing a tv show after being told I wanted a manager) after sharing my experience she shrugged and said, "so you want me to make you some pizzas now?" NOPE- never ordering from here sgdin
