  Worst pizza ever. Used to LOVE pizza hut, wasted $30 on a pizza that looked like it was made at goodwill in a toaster oven. Don't order from this store!!!!!!!!

  My experience with Pizza Hut - 14440 F St tonight was unacceptable from start to finish. I am staying at a nearby hotel with my family and simply tried to order dinner for my children. What should have been a quick phone call turned into over 20 minutes of being bounced around customer service before finally being transferred to the store. When I reached the store, I was told delivery would take 30+ minutes. That was completely fine with me. I agreed immediately. The issue was not the wait time. The issue was the attitude. From the moment the employee answered, the tone was dismissive and resistant. I was told they were closing in 8 minutes and “didn’t know how that would work,” despite the store still being open at the time of my call. Instead of assisting a customer who had already waited 20 minutes to place an order, the interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by trying to order during posted business hours. If a store is open until a certain time, orders should be handled professionally until that time. Customers should not feel like a burden for ordering while the doors are still technically open. The unwillingness to provide service and the overall negative demeanor reflect poorly on this location’s management and customer service standards. We ultimately could not place our order and were left scrambling to find food late at night for our children. This was avoidable and unnecessary. I strongly encourage corporate leadership to review how closing procedures and customer interactions are handled at this location. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

  This location is terrible. The taller skinnier man with glasses is rude, if he's not in his car he's on a phone call in his ear bud. Very unprofessional. Him and the shorter younger of alcohol which the younger man looked roughly underage. I came in the other day and he was hanging outside with a visitor it looked like, leaving the store unattended. This place needs better staff! I had to wait on my food 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

  This review is for the Pizza Hut in Omaha near 144th and F st. Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut website Saturday around 4pm. Realized after I submitted order that my address is incorrect and that the website doesn’t allow you to change address. Called Pizza Hut it takes you to a call center, they couldn’t help so they transferred me to the store. I sat on hold for 5 mins, no one picked up so I drove to the restaurant. The lobby was closed due to a plumbing issue so went through drive thru. I am on hold for 18 mins on phone at this point. Inside the restaurant I can hear their phone ringing. 1 of 3 employees is working hard and doing most of work. I tell this employee what has happened and I decide to end the phone call. The ringing inside the restaurant stops. The employee tells me he has to fill orders and doesn’t have time to answer the phone. This location is severely understaffed and needs help. This review is not a reflection of the 1 employee doing all the work. I’d give him 5 stars.
