Convenience to this location on my drive in most mornings is actually no longer a deciding factor in visiting this location. I'd advise others to use another location. The staff here looks super worn down, tired, not motivated or anything to provide a good customer service experience. It's unfortunate but reality when it takes 20 mins through a drive through for a coffee and a bagel straight out of the bin. One car in front of you. Management needs to change the course of this store and hopefully they do so soon.

They seem to be understaffed perhaps because I waited for five minutes at the register to be helped and so did another woman. Then the cashier saw me getting coffee and took the creamer back to refill and I waited another five minutes patiently. There’s no sense of urgency. Also she forgot to put the egg on my egg and cheese croissant. Three problems in one visit is unfortunate. I hope they step it up.

This morning I had a great experience at Panera Bread. There was an issue with the Asiago bagels, but I decided to wait until they were freshly baked, and I’m really glad I did. The staff treated me so well during the wait—they were kind, patient, and very friendly the entire time. Even though it took a little longer, their positive attitude and great customer service made the experience totally worth it. I truly appreciate how nice and professional everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back!
