    I was in drive thru. I ordered a baguette and croissant. It was very good. The cashier was very friendly and nice.

    This morning I had a great experience at Panera Bread. There was an issue with the Asiago bagels, but I decided to wait until they were freshly baked, and I’m really glad I did. The staff treated me so well during the wait—they were kind, patient, and very friendly the entire time. Even though it took a little longer, their positive attitude and great customer service made the experience totally worth it. I truly appreciate how nice and professional everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    It’s 9:20 in the morning morning and they ran out of all bagels. How can planning be that bad? And honestly they were rude when sharing that news.
