She was amazing and I didn’t specify on the side I wanted they gave me a baguette, and I simply asked Ana if she could switch it out for a bag of chips instead. Most of the stuff is friendly

This time though, the coffee machine was down....fine but tell me when I'm waiting for my latte or before I order it please and offer a fountain drink cup maybe since thats not my fault... Also they served my son a rock hard cinnamon roll not with a smile. Then when he advised them they heated it with not a smile. Also the person helping him and glaring at him holds some kind of management position...might rethink going to panera if this is the location we're near anyways...
