  Okay, so it's early morning, you're driving to work, and you're starving, right 😯 I get it 😎 well don't you worry because guess what, this McDonald's, at least from what I have experienced, is the quickest drive through experience in all of Omaha! I don't think I've ever had to wait more than three or four minutes in the drive-thru line at the most. And usually it's way less than that! During the pandemic and about I don't know a year after that I would drive over there every morning and get a soda pop and sometimes some breakfast 🥞🍳☕. And it was really fun because even though it was only for a second I would visit with the drive-thru guys and gals and it was always a very pleasant and uplifting experience. And now even though I don't go there as much, when I do I can always be sure that I will have a great experience. I've dined in many times too. And even though all the McDonald's in Omaha I've been to are extremely clean, this one is exceptional! The lighting is really good too by the way. It just really makes you happy to be in there! The seating is really good too. They have both chairs and Booths. My favorite breakfast is a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a diet Dr pepper. And unlike some of the other fast food restaurants McDonald's has honey 🍯 so I always get a packet or two for my morning biscuit.

  Just went through the drive through. The two employees working windows; pay and window hanger, were both so friendly and polite! Such great customer service!!

  I usually don't have any issues with this mcdonalds but last night at approximately 11:30pm I had an incident that left a bad taste in my mouth and honestly makes me not want to return. I had placed a mobile order there and when I got my food everything was correct and fresh. The only thing wrong was that it didn't have any of the sauces I ordered. My mother (she was driving my car) asked for my sauces on my behalf and we were told by the manager she already put the sauces in the bag which I know wasn't true because I was holding my bag with no sauces. She then left for a little bit and when she came back to the window asked what we did with the sauces and accused us of stealing them (idk how you can steal free sauces). She then handed us a single sauce and stated the meal only comes with one which I understand which is why I ordered 3 more on the side (recipt attached). She refused to give me the rest of my sauces so my mom demanded a refund which I got but I feel like it never should've came to that because 1I genuinely didn't get the sauces and 2 they are free anyways and 3 Its not like I was asking for extra sauces out of nowhere I literally ordered them. So I was left with the drinks which the straws weren't in the bag either and were never handed to us. Thankfully I have dashcam footage of the incident so I will be making a report but its sad I no longer feel comfortable going to one of my go to spots.
