Consistently forgetting and missing items from orders. I don’t know how you can forget the main part of a meal so many times but that’s what happened.

Bathroom doors broke the men's bathroom sink was not working they set my sandwich out with no bottom bun employees were no help

First off, who puts just ketchup on a double cheeseburger, wheres the pickle and onion? The burger was pretty bad with just ketchup. The fries were super cold and tasteless. Guy hands me the wrong order then I tell him this wasn’t my order then I hand it back. Like, Idk why I give chances to this McDonald's it always disappoints so I am done I will be going out of my way for better quality.Do better please.

Ordered “too close to closing” (but fast food and before closing). Recommendation from the manager: “I wouldn’t do that.”
Ordered in the app and she told me she could not refund it nor would they prepare it because it was too close to midnight. I suppose if you want to close early, that’s fine - but I do take issue with accepting a customer’s money, then not refunding or providing the meal ordered. As for using the app, once again it was shared by the manager: “I wouldn’t do that.”
Best and the brightest at this location.
