- JWJohn White4 days ago5.0Best McDonald’s experience in some time. Most are terrible. This location was quick even though it was lunch time. Polite staff. Dining area was fairly clean especially for how many customers were in and out. Food was as expected. Fresh fires.

- KWKhalid WaheedJan 24, 20261.0Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this McDonald's location. I placed a mobile order while inside the restaurant and accidentally added an extra drink. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but the app said the order was already being prepared. I went straight to the counter to explain and request a refund for the extra item. The employee I spoke with flat-out refused to help, did not offer to get a manager, and told me they "can't refund mobile orders," which is simply not true. They were rude and dismissive and made no attempt to resolve the issue. On top of that, my order also had the wrong amount of sauce, which was not corrected. This isn't about a couple of dollars; it's about basic respect and customer service. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to fix an obvious, simple mistake is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
