After getting to the second window finally, the lady working it (Niama) asked if we had a different order. I said “No, we had the order for Chelsea” she then said “we don’t have names on orders because we cleared them.” I handed her a receipt and she then rudely said “That’s what I said” which clearly she hadn’t. We had 4 drinks and had to ask for a drink holder and she rolled her eyes when we had asked. Then after we had left, we realized we didn’t have a 10 piece nugget, any sauce, or straws. This place has gone down hill in the past 8 years we’ve lived by it. The night crew is always the worst. If they don’t want to work, don’t work there.
