This is sad! All I wanted is a coffee. I stop ordering coffee today because there is no receipt paper and the guy at the counter doesn’t understand his job and the one in the picture is always on his phone. So sad I always have coffee at home but for whatever reason I have been getting coffee at MsDonalds. Better service and fix ur problems.

I order a big breakfast. They gave me everything including the syrup but not the hot cakes. Why?
Once I ordered a cheese extra onion. I recieved an onion burger. It was so much onion it was on the outside of the bun. On top of the bun. I guess I asked for it... 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Good looking mcdonalds, .. slow and sloppy staff, touchsreen did not print or show order number they seemed overwelmed , parking lot was " small cars only"

The meat taste different than it used to. And the meat the food is always cold. Sometimes you'll get lucky and the fries are hot but the meat is always cold or lukewarm should I say and the cheese is not melted it's just sitting there looking gross and the lettuce is wilted.. the only food that ever tastes great is the breakfast.

Ordering was difficult as is. But everything read right on the screen. How I ended up with half my order wrong and not getting my order is beyond me. Then to call and speak to the manager and tell her this is the third time in a row that the food has been messed up and at this point I just want my money back. I explained what was wrong with my food and what I didn’t get and she wanted me to return all my food…. Ma am my children at this point are eating and so is my significant other. My one child sufficed not getting a happy meal that I ordered and took the 10 pc meal instead… but me what if I was allergic to onions?? I specifically asked for no onions and didn’t even receive my nuggets with my meal. So I told her from now on I was checking my bag before leaving the drive thru to make sure my food was all there and properly made right and she proceeded to tell me I would be going to jail if I did that. Which makes no sense and you can’t do that. Especially when you guys keep messing up my order numerous times over and over again. I each time I emphasize what I want and don’t want and it’s on the screen correct.
