    I have always ordered a simple sandwich. McChicken. Plain. I order syrup and create a chicken and waffle situation. After years of doing exactly this as an evening meal at this location, I was greeted by a new manager who refused to allow the purchase of syrup. Syrup is not just a breakfast item, and the justification for not serving an item they have is that it is “ not breakfast time”. Are you my mother? I was then given a sauce that I did not order. The other sauce that I DID order was nowhere to be found. This experience sincerely ruined this location for me, and that manager or new employee needs to treat people decent. Get rid of him.

    Ridiculous to wait in line after putting a online order for pickup to be turned down when I get to the window after paying for it already if you have the time to go to a different location I highly recommend avoiding this store.

    Ordered on the app and my McNuggets were missing from my order, phone wasn’t answered so I sent an email. Would like my refund for them since I did not receive them.
