- CHChristian HDec 23, 20251.0Probably the worst McDonalds in the Omaha Metro area. Staff sucks, poor service, and can’t get an order right to save their lives. You’re better off raising a cow, butchering it, and cooking it up yourself. It will most definitely be ready before this McDonalds gets your order done and that’s if they even get it right the first try. I’d walk to the next closest one in a blizzard before coming to this one again. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Burger King.

When I asked, I received a “we don’t care” as if $4 for a plain small ice cream wasn’t worth me asking what I ordered and paid for. The drive thru window door was slammed in my face and I was simply forgotten. Never will I buy from this location again.
