The customer service is so bad they had me waiting 20 minutes for a drink and fries and when I try ask them for my order they give me an attitude and the food wasnt even good and the place is so dirty and unsanitary

There seems to be a lot of young people working at this location. I don't see a problem with that in itself. However, when there's inappropriate behavior that's visible through the drive thru window, it's a little much. There's nothing wrong with having fun at work but you have to maintain a level of professionalism because you're the face of the company for which you work. A girl was clearly flirting with a fellow male employee which I could see and hear from the drive thru window. The person helping me was unaffected by the behavior and didn't let it impact their level of performance but it did distract me. I'm not saying you can't flirt with your fellow team members either but is this really something you should be doing in view of customers? Asking me to pull around and wait for order also makes me question if these employees could have been making better use of their time. Personally, I've never felt comfortable taking advantage of the time I'm getting paid for. Maybe I'm being overly critical but the chicken sandwich I ordered was made with two bottom buns. Not a huge deal but it might not have happened had the employees been more focused on their jobs. Unless it was caused by problems with the vendors they use or wherever the products were packaged. My overall impression of this location just wasn't great. I do not plan on visiting this location again any time soon. Of that much I am certain.

Wish i could give zero stars . Every time i order here to pickup im ourside parked waiting over 30/44 mins til i go inside myself to a additional 25 minute way just for a kids meal !!!! Then when i get it its not what i ordered ! Employees literally cussing the manager out as she's screaming at them to do their job . And door dashers all trying to get there orders noone serves the counter and noone helps u . This location just needs to be drive thru only no pick ups no dine im they cant handle it. And its flithyyyyyyyy inside so why we ordering food someone call dhhs i know i am after this !

Always wait long as hell for cold food thats not right. Avoid this location, they don't know how to do their jobs at all.
