  Tenia meses que no habia pisado este McDonald's, anterior mente iba algunas noches, el manager que estaba se sabía disculpar por cualquier error que tenia sus empleados en la entrega del pedido, pero ahora que eh vuelto de nuevo, a la ciudad pase por una cajita feliz para mi hijo y un combo de bigmac para mi, me dieron mal la orde espere 40 minutos estaciono, cuando me entregaron la comida estaba super fría, les hable y no me hicieron caso, pasé hablar con la disque manager que se llama Maria se porto super grosera conmigo y con otra señora que esperaba su orden, no entiendo como es que están contratando gente incompetente, nunca jamás volveré a comprar aqui si se pudiera le daría -5 estrellas.

  They don't let you use the bathroom and it's not the nicest place I assume cause the area they had to adapt with a more stern side of discipline as in they are kinda snippy/rude

  The morning staff are awesome. I hate going around 2 or 3pm. I always have to wait extremely long for my food. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR 15 MIN for a 5 dollar meal. One time I asked for fresh cookies, and they were cold after waiting 10 minutes for them. I overheard the manager say, "just put them in the microwave." Every time my daughter wants McDonald's from here, I immediately get frustrated because I already know it's going to be a terrible experience in the afternoon. ALWAYS A DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE.

  Listen most of the time they are super fast and correct. However lately ordering is wrong and you dont get what you want.

  Had issues ordering carry-out from the app for weeks, finally got bored enough to call the local restaurant about it and the manager actually took me seriously, said they definitely are taking app orders and when I walked in and showed him my phone which clearly showed that an error stating "this store is not accepting deals" (which applied to any order), he actually gave me a free meal and ensured it was properly reported. Props to that guy and I appreciate the free food and coffee! Hopefully they get that fixed.
