    Listen most of the time they are super fast and correct. However lately ordering is wrong and you dont get what you want.

    They have a hard time getting orders right. Especially if you customize something like no onions. They are always the first to run out of promotional items, McRib or Monopoly. The only reason we go this one at all is location. I will drive further to go to drive further to go to a different one.

    Had issues ordering carry-out from the app for weeks, finally got bored enough to call the local restaurant about it and the manager actually took me seriously, said they definitely are taking app orders and when I walked in and showed him my phone which clearly showed that an error stating "this store is not accepting deals" (which applied to any order), he actually gave me a free meal and ensured it was properly reported. Props to that guy and I appreciate the free food and coffee! Hopefully they get that fixed.

    This location is FILLED with NEGATIVITY and it's intentional I had to wait for an iced coffee for over 10 mins with alot of warm bodies and a MANAGER present, doing nothing. Might I also add no customers inside their drive thru is steady but not to the point where I was purposely ignored. And as soon as i thought about doing the review, my order surprisely ready lol You gotta love Omaha

    Took forever for the order to go through. The employees were arguing loudly in the kitchen. They left out parts of the order. It’s poorly run.
