  If you’d like to wait 15 minutes before ordering, another after paying and then 30 minutes in a pick up lane. Then this is the McDonalds for you! We waited nearly an hour for 2 meals & 2 kids meals, they didn’t give us our waters because we didn’t order them they said. Although our receipt says we paid nearly a 1.50 per water. Stay away from here & just go to Jimmy John’s (on the other side of the gas station).

  They took over an hour to give us our food and instead of giving me a large drink even though I simply paid for a large they gave me a medium and their service was terrible.

  Disrespectful and shameful behavior. I don’t know where common curtesy went but it’s sad that even at its simplest and cheapest forms it’s gone. We were mistreated horribly by this particular franchise tonight. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s on my worse enemy. Please be weary. They do not care about their customers. They only care about volume and money.

  Everytime me and my family get food we spend a minimum of $120. Well this time we lost all Respect for McDonald’s. They treated us with such disrespect and belittlement. We had a mobile order and couldn’t order Mac sauce on the app, so we asked at the cashier, they said to ask the second window. We asked and they worker asked her supervisor, her supervisor asked her manager and her manager said that we had to get back in line and that they didn’t care about our order. We were told contradictory information and disrespected for it. Manager was rough and aggressive with us. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, even if it’s free.

  Ordered a Big Mac it was dry, tried again with the same result, and cold fries. Next time I ordered it with extra sauce and extra pickle and it was even drier. They also will pause door dash orders when they are busy (Dashers beware).
