- DMDavid MacdonaldDec 30, 20253.0I spent 5 minutes trying to place my order three times but the old lady still couldn't hear me at the drive-thru. So I pulled up and placed my order with a different person at the pay window he was nice. Pulled up to get my food and was told that I needed to go wait in the drive-thru parking area. And then sat in the drive-thru parking for another 6 minutes waiting for my food along with a person that was behind me in the drive-thru line. Overall the experience was mediocre at best. You would think having to wait that long that the temperature of the food would have been hot but it was not it was lukewarm at best not really that impressive. One of the sandwiches that I ordered was quite a mess. I was surprised to see this place had a 3 and 1/2 star rating but once I got done I understand why now maybe I'll go to a different one next time.

- ASAleah Stanley-DeLoachNov 29, 20251.0The only cool employees are the morning shift man and the elderly woman that works there I went there after already ordering my food on my way there I got stuck in the snow when I got there I was told I could not order breakfast even though I had already paid for my food and I told them that I had even called and told them that I was on my way to get my food and I was stuck And they still denied me service The rudest people that I’ve ever encountered at any McDonald’s I have found hair in my food I have gotten cold fries before And my orders have been messed up numerous of times I would avoid this McDonald’s at all cost!
