  I came in to McDonald's and made an order for me. And one of my co-workers I ordered the sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese and a sausage egg and cheese mc griddle a large French vanilla latte for myself When I received my order which was to go I got back to my job and none of the sandwiches had egg on them. And as sausage Jake, mcmuffin didn't even have cheese on it that I ordered. The large French ronella latte was a black coffee. So like I went back over to McDonald's Went through the dry, through explained to Em that I did not get the correct sandwiches or the correct coffee and they said they would replace it. So I brought the food up to the window and the coffee they said, go ahead and pull forward. So I did when I pulled forward, I came up to the window i asked the lady who was standing at the window. I said, is these my sandwiches? And is this my coffee? She said, yes, I went back across the street to work, opened up the bag and realized they were still the wrong sandwiches. Instead of getting a sausage, egg and cheese, mcgriddle and a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, I got 2 sausage mcmuffins. I called the store and let them know that I was unable to come back again. Because I could not leave work. I was told by a female manager that I could come back the next day and they would replace the sandwiches again. I did offer to bring the sandwiches back with me. She said, no, that's okay. Don't worry about it. So I came back the next day, but I was a few minutes late for breakfast. Which was fine? She just told me to come back today. So I came back today and when I came to the dry, through some gentlemen named French Francisco, who I have never met, it, insisted that he had already given me my order, which he had not. And that he refused to replace the order. I try to explain to him that they had my name down in the office on a piece of paper. So I could get my sandwiches replaced. He was very rude. He had no communication skills. Then, proceeded to tell me he would not refund or or fix my missing food. He was rude and had no customer service communication at all

  Every single time I come I have to pull around and wait. This last time I waited on 4 chicken nuggets and one burger at 11:45 Why the hold up?

  This place is absolutely disgusting. Needs to inspected… The entire dining area is filthy, every surface is covered in something sticky. The bathrooms are horrible. Sink and toilets are all clogged. If that’s how bad the customer areas are, imagine where they’re making food. To top it off, the food was the most sloppy mess i’ve ever had at mcdonald’s. And the soda had barely any ice. Wild to see.

  Went back to try again order got messed up manger was nice but drive thru girl looked super annoyed to do anything I ordered two items and it was not a hard fix then they forgot about me outside second time I have had an issue here in like a month

  I special ordered lettuce on my burger and was charged for them to sprinkle it like salt on my burger. This seriously looks like someone scraped off the lettuce instead of adding it.
