One a speciality donut so it was an upcharge. They gave me two glazed donuts. That’s all. I didn’t realize until I got home so I drove back with the receipt and they didn’t even acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Just stared at me. When one finally gave their attention they let me know they were out of the speciality donut and that was probably why they switched out all my donuts with glazed. What…? I understand if they were out but you didn’t even tell me? And I got 2 instead of three, and I didn’t even order glazed at all. They didn’t even say sorry, customer service was non existent. It could’ve been just the staff this morning but I will never go to this location again and urge you to do the same. Absolutely terrible experience.

Max the manager seems like a very positive guy.

Perhaps you should reevaluate your leadership at this location otherwise her lack of ability to support the customer will most definitely cost you additional customers in the future. My family of 5 will no longer be supporting your business as we can find plenty of other places to spend our money and not be treated so rudely.
