  I had an excellent interaction with Austin in the drive-through tonight. He was professional, polite, efficient, and was kind enough to give both of our dogs a treat. The sandwiches were good but Austin really shone. Duckie and Ellie send their gratitude for the milk bones as well!

  DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DO NOT PRACTICE SAGE FOOD HANDLING. The lettuce and veggies were rotten and slimy. Absolutely disgusting. Bread was stale. They serve this trash knowing it's rotten, imagine what else is going on. Management should be fired, I can't imagine they are following the health department guidelines. Never eating at ANY Jimmy John's again.

  The young man working the window today should not work customer service. Opened the window, didn’t tell me a total or a hi how are you, just put his hand out for payment. Shut the window. Handed me out my food. Not a work was spoken. Very off putting

  was excited to try new toasted subs and got the chicken bacon ranch. this embarrassing pile of warm ranch soup will likely be the reason i never vote for JJs again. don’t know what upset my stomach more: the weird tasting ranch or the notion i spent FOURTEEN dollars on it with a bag of chips.

  Drive-thru. Ordered a #15 Club Tuna. Went straight back to my office (couple blocks), opened it up and the liquid ran out all over my desk, onto me. The bread is literally saturated with liquid. Tuna mushy. We're talking barely five minutes, not even sitting in the wrapper awhile. Tuna-mixed liquid all over. This looks like a mix of tuna that's been sitting a bit. Liquid runoff is likely part of that. This is not an oil n vinegar sandwich, so ... never gotten this where liquid is so thin. Not impressed. Will not be coming back. Gandolfo's is up the street just around the corner, same neighborhood. So much better.
