    I come here regularly and usually don’t complain, but this visit was disappointing. I customized my sandwich and didn’t receive what I asked for—not even the standard lettuce and tomato that normally come with it. For the price of these sandwiches, I expect better attention to detail. This location also never lets customers know when mobile app orders are ready, which adds to the frustration. I’ll likely start going out of my way to a different location where the service is consistently better. This experience felt like a waste of money.

    Copy of the email I sent to Jimmy Johns I am writing to share my disappointment regarding an experience I had with one of your locations this evening. I placed an online order that included multiple sandwiches and a pickle. Upon opening our order at home, we realized that one of the sandwiches was missing. I immediately called the store to address the issue, but the interaction I had with the staff member who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly insisted that I was lying about the missing sandwich and claimed that she had reviewed a camera and confirmed the sandwich was in the bag. I can say with absolute certainty that the sandwich was not in our order. When I asked for the name of the general manager so I could follow up, she refused to provide it and stated that I would need to call back on Wednesday. She also claimed she did not know the general manager’s phone number. When I mentioned that I could contact another store to obtain it, she responded dismissively, stating that she did not care and that other stores “don’t have anything to do with me.” During the call, she informed me that our conversation was being recorded. I requested a copy of the recording as well as the video she referenced, and she responded that I would not be allowed to come in and obtain any video. She refused to offer a refund or provide the missing sandwich, and her tone throughout the conversation was disrespectful and dismissive. This experience was not only frustrating but also very disappointing, as I have always appreciated the quality and service Jimmy John’s typically provides. I understand that mistakes happen, but I do expect courteous and professional communication when trying to resolve them. I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring this type of interaction does not occur again. Additionally, I would still like to receive either the missing sandwich or a refund for the item I paid for but did not receive. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

    Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 cookies. My Husband goes to get the order and they tell him I only paid for 1 chip. I show him on the receipt where it shows I ordered and paid for 2. He goes back to get the chips and the young lady was rude. When he finally gets back home I discover my sandwich is missing the bacon I had added to it. Again it's clearly on the receipt. I call the store to ask for a managerand young lady ask why.I tell her what my issue is and ask her can she leave a note for someone so I can get a $3 credit on my next purchase. We already had to come back to the store for chips. She begins yelling at me and hangs up the phone.I then called back and politely asked her for she hang up on me. She said no you hung up. I ask again the managers name for my complaint. She goes on to say complaint lay I offered for you to come get another sandwich made and you don't want to come get it that they'd nothing else she can do. She goes on to say I'm the manager and I didn't need her name, she's there every evening. Probably won't visit this location anymore and hopefully they get better employees!

    My boyfriend and I came through the drive-through an hour before closing. The lady who was taking our order was incredibly pushy about us ordering, and we told her we were going to need a minute. She didn't say okay, just went silent. We told her what we wanted, and then she was silent for another 3 minutes, to the point my boyfriend and I were considering asking if she was there, but we feared our food would be tampered with if we held any sort of expectation of the employees. She finally broke the silence just to ask us to repeat the order. It's frustrating to be pressed for our order and then not paying attention when we give it. She got the order placed, and we pulled up to the window, didn't have to wait excessively, I would say. But the quality of the food we got is really where the review takes an even further dive. One, the soda (as mentioned in other reviews) is terrible from this location; it tastes gross and old/stale. My boyfriend got a Coke and I got Dr. Pepper and they both had the same underlying foul taste so if I had to guess its probably the machine that is not clean. Two, I got the new three cheese pizza sandwich and I was really excited to try it, but it was terrible. The sauce was sloppily spread around to the point where half of the outside of the sandwich was covered in it. And the absolute worst part was in the middle of my sandwich, an employee had carelessly not removed the dividing piece of paper from a slice of cheese so I got paper in my sandwich! Yum. I included pictures of my discovery. And arguably the most frustrating part of this experience is I did fill out the survey provided by Jimmy John's to bring up this complaint on 10/13/2025, and I didn't get a response from corporate Jimmy John's till 10/20/2025. . . and this was all they had to say after a week of thoughtful reflection: "Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. We’re sorry to hear that your visit with your local store failed to meet our standards and yours. Your feedback has been shared with the owner of the store to review and address with the appropriate team members. If you would still like to be contacted regarding this experience, please let us know and we will ensure that this is escalated. We will contact the store owner and inform them that you have not been contacted regarding this experience. Thank you again for providing us with your feedback, so we can make any necessary improvements. Best, Jimmy John’s Guest Relations." Nothing to compensate the order that was not acceptable. Let's be honest, in this economy a corporation telling me sorry means nothing. What should have happened was a refund for the goods that weren't at the standard they should have been to match the egregious price they charge. Have also received no contact from the owner of this location. Bottom line: would definitely recommend a different Jimmy John's if you want Jimmy John's specifically. But after my experience with the corporation as a whole, I just am not going to give them my business anymore. It is greedy of a multi-billion-dollar corporation to not refund an order that had non-edible contents.

    This JJ has started using third party delivery drivers that take 1 hour plus every order regardless of size, and refuse to cancel anything once it’s been processed through the third party delivery. Do NOT order delivery from this location.
