  This is by far the worst experience I have had with Jimmy John’s. I have noticed they are not freaky fast like they used to be. I waited 40 minutes from the time I put the order in to when I called to see what was going in. So I called the store and was told the order was given to a 3rd party to deliver. Okay great that would have been nice to have been told that before. And I still waited over an hour after being told that to receive my sandwich!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I had ordered 1 sandwich. It could have been walked to me that’s how close I was to the location. I will not be ordering from this location ever again! The Uber driver was very nice tho!!

  3rd party delivery ate my lunch. Called store 2 hours later. Remaking sandwich....not freaky fast

  I ordered a kicking ranch wrap combo and it was very disappointing. For $15 I thought they would at least use freshly grilled or baked chicken, but instead they used “roasted chicken that comes in a bag that we heat up and serve” YUCK! It was absolutely disgusting. I decided to throw my food in the trash. Now I’m at work hungry and extremely frustrated!! The manager was very rude and wasn’t willing to make any accommodations. I won’t be ordering from jimmy John’s anymore.

  Disappointing that I can't get a toasted sandwich after 8:30 at this location. They're supposed to be open until 9:00, but they shut off the oven at 8:30. They should wait until 9:00.

  We ordered and waited on our sandwiches. In that time we watched the guy making food, with gloves on, pull up his pants. The girl working, was sitting on the counter where we were to pick up our food. They were all gabbing and socializing, which I don't mind most of the time, but it was super unprofessional. We don't plan on returning to this location.
