  Disappointing that I can't get a toasted sandwich after 8:30 at this location. They're supposed to be open until 9:00, but they shut off the oven at 8:30. They should wait until 9:00.

  Never cuts the sandwich in half. Doesn’t matter if I ask in person, in the drive thru, or online. Why have it an option if you’re not willing to do it?

  We ordered and waited on our sandwiches. In that time we watched the guy making food, with gloves on, pull up his pants. The girl working, was sitting on the counter where we were to pick up our food. They were all gabbing and socializing, which I don't mind most of the time, but it was super unprofessional. We don't plan on returning to this location.

  Female at window on 12/21 at 8:30 needs to not have a job. Yes, you got a $50 but the order was $46 and some change, attitude unreal "We can take no $50" rude as hell, slamming the window etc. Your attitude was atrocious and I'll never come back to this location thanks to YOU! Didn't put any napkins in bag at all when asked for them for all the sandwiches we ordered when I ordered online, didn't cut sandwiches in half as requested. My pizza sandwich is so overcooked and hard it's going in trash. Cheese is literally black from being so overcooked for what cheese there even was, and paid extra for provolone yet no cheese at all to be found except burnt crispy cheese all on outside of sandwich. $12 dollars down the drain cause lazy rude crappy employees who could care less really showed. Meat wes also as dry as the desert. Knew we shoulda went to the 72nd location. If you want crap attitudes, slammed windows in your face, and your order done like crap. Go here. Otherwise, I suggest go to 72nd location or elsewhere.

  I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and instead got a sandwich fully loaded of lettuce with hardly any chicken in it.
