I sat in the drive-through for five minutes, waiting on my order to be taken. Finally I called the store and asked them if the drive-through was working. The guy laughed said oh nobody has a headset on. Then he got on the intercom and said Jimmy John’s. I started placing my Order and he said oh you’re gonna have to wait. I got somebody inside. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Whatever crew was working at 3:45 PM on February 9th, is terrible. I drove off without placing an order.
