For example, I placed an online order and received a confirmation, but I didn't see that a few minutes later I received an email saying there was a technical glitch and my order wasn't processed. When I got to the store, they had no record of the order. Lucas, the manager, took care of it and I was quickly on my way home with dinner.

The food was even worse and for the price, I could have went to Olive Garden. For reference, we can’t eat pork, but they gave us pepperoni pizza when we asked for cheese. When we confronted them, the waitress dismissively told us she’ll bring out another one. Maybe if they weren’t too busy cussing they would actually hear my order right in the first place. Please stay away; I usually don’t go out my way to complain but this was genuinely terrible.
