When I tried the coffee, it didn’t taste good at all , there was no milk foam. The barista asked if I wanted any flavor, and I said no because I planned to add sugar myself. Instead, they added sugar without my request. I returned the drink, but the staff didn’t offer me a refund or even a replacement, which was very disappointing.
