    I was just at this location, after repeating my order 3 times they still got my coffee and bagel wrong. Such a waste of my money and time. So disappointed

    I ordered on their app for drive thru pick up. At the voice box I gave my name and the guy said they had my order and to pull up to the window. Apparently the car ahead of me was having problems because they were there for a solid 7 minutes. When I got to the window, the guy said the wrong order. I said no and gave him my order again, reiterating that it was an app order. He got confused, suggested another wrong order...finally found my order and handed it to me. I should have checked there but by then a long line had formed behind me and it was clear he felt he was done with me and just wanted me gone. I ordered a custom half dozen donuts and a large iced dirty chai. 2 of the 6 donuts were right, the other 4 were whatever they felt like throwing in the box. And despite saying "chai latte" as he handed me the drink, there was no chai in my dirty chai...just an iced dirty latte? Very disappointing. I'm sure I'll end up giving them another try, but it won't be for quite a long time.

    I like pumpkin latte n sandwiches are also good .Now Halloween munchkins buckets with munchkins is cheaper n fresh.
