When the pizza was picked up at the time that we had requested, it looked and tasted as if it had been sitting in the warmer since the time the order had been placed. We had to reheat them in our own oven and butter the crust to make it taste fresh again. The parmesan bites were good though, which is why I give 3 stars instead of 2. Not sure why this happened with our pizza, but the quality this time was disappointing.

No apology. No offer to make it right. So now we have a hungry family and no dinner. Not at all impressed with the customer service, as this is not the first time we’ve had a problem with this location. Second chance was even less impressive than the first.
