I then got another notification at 6:50 that my delivery driver was on the way. My pizza arrived at about 7:10ish. Completely cold. I was so disappointed. I called them to ask them if we could make it right. Lee took my information down to have Tyler call me back but they never did. They made me feel like a joke. I won't be wasting my money at this location anymore. All you guys had to do was call back and make it right.

Called the manager to discuss this. She hung up on me. Her name is Erica. She told me she could not give us a refund tonight that I had to call tomorrow even though she’s the manager. Guess we’ll be ordering from Papa John’s from now on.
