He said that Dominos has a promotion where you get half off if you order online. I chose the store (I have no clue of the store number as I cannot find it on your website). It was the store 721 South 72 Street Omaha NE . I tried to order online and it just spun around and around that is was submitting, never said confirmed. We called and the associate at the counter was very nice and said that to get the special that it had to be online. She started the process on her phone (she needs to be complemented for her customer service) but the store was on my way to where I was going as to return on my way back and pick up my pizza. I went in and her and I (the polite female at the counter) got it to work finally online so I left the store, ran my errand can came back 7 to 10 minutes later. I go in and the poor associate said that it was not put into the oven yet. She said the manager went outside. I understand that I came back maybe before the pizza was done; I expected to wait a few minutes but to not have it in the oven? Then a supervisor/manager came out and said that she was busy and didn’t get it made yet. Busy? There was no one there; my order was the only one on the screen. I walk into the store and leave and they didn’t even make it? This is nonsense. Will not be going to Dominos anytime soon.
