This is by far the worst location ever and this is coming from someone who travels states and gets dominos pizza at least once a week. Eveyone working there is just so rude and unprofessional especially a lady named Renee or Lenee. I’m surprised how she’s retaining her job inspite of being so rude. She was upset to literally do her job I.e to hand me my pizza. It was pathetic and I hope the management would invest some time in training employees like her. Extremely pathetic.

Over the past two years, my wife and I have had repeated issues with one specific delivery driver, Tony, who seems to have difficulty locating our home, something no other driver has ever struggled with. My wife had told me several times that his calls were aggressive and unpleasant, but I’ll admit I didn’t fully believe how bad it was until I experienced it myself. Tony consistently calls from an unfamiliar area code, yells over a poor connection, hangs up, and calls back to continue shouting. My wife had even considered calling the police during one especially hostile interaction a year or so ago, which I had assumed was an overreaction until I took one of his calls recently. I was home early, took over the conversation, and immediately saw what she meant. He was loud, rude, and openly angry even though we were being polite and trying to help him find our address. I ended up walking around the block to find him, and when I did, he was dismissive and unprofessional in person as well. At this point, Tony might want to have his blood pressure checked or consider an anger management course, because something clearly isn’t right. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand how stressful the job can be and that some customers can be difficult. But there’s no excuse for treating respectful customers with hostility. I strongly urge management to address Tony’s conduct, whether through additional training, evaluation, or reassignment, before another customer has a similarly unpleasant or potentially unsafe experience.

Placed an order by phone on the way to the store. Pizza was made as requested. Hot and fresh. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Toppings were fresh, but a bit sparse. Price was fair!

Understaffed, delivery was 40 minutes late and pizza had clearly sat, was luke warm and kind of rubbery. Other pizza options taste better and Uber eats will get them there faster
