It seems several other people had long waits too because one of the guys making the pizzas was standing around talking. The guy causing the delay had the most attitude when asked any questions. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the guy at the register was actually very nice and apologized a few times.

Today I tried to redeem the $15. Get this, they can’t apply it to online orders. I either pay full price over the phone to use the $15 or use the deals online and never see my $15. #fail. I spoke with the store manager Joshua who said his hands were tied. He would not give me contact information for the store owner or “Tyler” who is above him. He said I could file a formal complaint but those go back to him. Got to love them punishing the customer for their continued shortcomings. #fail

When I picked up the pizza I opened the box and found that half the pizza had no cheese(literally just bread) and there was no mushrooms. When I went back to have them make me a new pizza, the worker appeared very annoyed at me. He then said they were out of mushrooms, which would’ve been nice to know before I ordered the pizza. When I asked if I could sub onions, the worker( in a very snooty tone) said “i guess”. He acted like i was the one inconveniencing him. My overall complaint isn't that the pizza was even made wrong. It was the poor customer service and the attitude. The store was also disgusting, the workers weren’t wearing gloves and they were going from making pizzas to the cash register handling money. Some of the workers were even walking by eating the toppings.
