  The young man i put my order in with was a definite 5 star 🌟 personality! My cheeseburger 🍔 and pretzels were subpar. I don't know who heated or didn't heat up the cheeseburger. And the pretzels were barely warm. My Dilly bar was great! I will try again hopeful for a better food experience. I mean, I know DQ isn't a high end restaurant, but I've eaten at the Valley, Nebraska one. They never disappoint.

  Stop to pick up on line order. Had to wait for food. Got in my truck got a block away went to eat some fries all of it was cold. Like it was setting for hours. So why did I have to wait 🤬. Ordered a 4pc chicken tenders combo. Bread not toasted. Cold and soggy. I Was heading to a family funeral and did not have time to take it back. Ended up throwing it away. Chicken tenders were cold also. Will not be going there ever again. Worst place ever.

  We dined in and Zach served us he had great energy and customer service ! We will be coming back because of him ! Great service

  I am 7 months pregnant and I have had cravings for dairy queen. Each craving is met with the most nauseating, frustrating customer experience that I have ever encountered. The sheer amount of time it takes to create a simple blizzard is absurd. I am convinced they must be milking the cows and making the ice cream from scratch from how much time it requires. Also, this place is disgusting. Has it been it cleaned ever? Lastly, there is absolutely zero sensitivity towards allergies - I was given a gluten blizzard when I ordered one without gluten, and the employee could not have cared less.
