  Food was decent. I asked for no fries and extra toast. Got 3 pieces of toast and fries??? Okay whatever. The part that really got me was that I ordered my food around 2 PM waited in the front to park like they asked me to do when they were not busy at all, because I went through the drive-through. I waited my car for 20 minutes and still no one brought me my food. I go inside and just stand there until my food is ready and then they forgot to give me my drink so I had to go back in and ask for that. I went through the drive-through to avoid getting out of these cold temperatures, and I was still forced to when they weren’t busy at all.

  Good variety of fast food items. The staff is friendly and courteous. There was a minor error with the order but the manager, Josh, went above and beyond to maintain an excellent experience. I will eat here again.👍

  Never got to order after waiting 10 plus minutes in the Drive-Thru at 3:00 in the afternoon. To only be spoken to extremely rudely by the team member who said he's the only team member when I had to repeat myself three times just for two items. And then refuse me service and continue being rude at that point I continued to pull out my video camera to record the conversation. Never will I come back here get it together and disappointing to try to get food for my son to only get spoken to like that and I see there's more than one person in the store. Then when I went and to record to get evidence of what I was dealing with he proceeded to get his camera out and then follow me out the store and then record myself walking out of the store after he said something about can't record in here I stated my reason and respectfully I walked out and then he proceeded to follow me recording me. Unbelievable. Maybe you put up signage saying I can't record but if someone is speaking to me and acting so outlandish in the workplace like he was yes people are going to come in and wonder what the hell is going on in here and it's not okay. Once he put his recording down he proceeded to try to call me a racist which I have on my recording.

  We were walking through Omaha, and this Dairy Queen was near our hotel, so we stopped by before checking in. I think it was a Wednesday night, a couple months ago now, and this place was packed! But the kitchen was hustling and orders were getting out fast. I was impressed. I think we had walked about 24 miles that day, and I was starving, so I was super thankful for the quick and friendly service here. Thanks again, guys!

  Only one in the drive through and I had to pull around to the parking lot and wait for someone to bring my food out. Why wouldn't I just wait at the window if no one is behind me?
