After heading back there showing them the picture and showing them the receipt. They were able to make the food again wasn't sure because it was chipotle but thankfully they did!! The white guy with shorter brownish hair manager makes everything more difficult than it has to be everytime I do have a problem. His good employee shouldn't get a bad survey because of him but again everytime I talk to him it seems like he's always giving me an attitude..... Here is your picture of the bag because he asked where it was in the picture with the food on the ground. You can see where the bag is soaking wet at the bottom 😭

Chipotle is great in a pinch but not the best. However, the service is exemplary considering it's a line like subway. The kids that work there are polite, helpful, and fast. Not to mention hard workers! Kudos on training and hiring.

You should be ashamed of yourself. Gotta pray for this one. At least I can eat more food but you’re destined for nothing. Get it together my child.

Once I made it to the window, I saw my bag through the window but had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come hand it to me. The meal was cold and heavy on rice, low on other ingredients.
