Was rushed through our orders from the beginning, nothing was set down gently or in a kind manner. Quite disappointed in the staff as a whole.

Lady who handed us order was rude, no apology or explanation for the wait whatsoever. Will not go back to that location based on this experience.

Ive worked in food for years, and never seen such an uncomunicative kitchen Edit: our guacamole was mostly lettuce and the chips were soft and soggy. Clearly hours old.

Finally I went up to the door twice to try and open it, and it was still locked. Employee came to the door and said I’m running about 30 minutes behind because all of my employees showed up late. If you wanna wait that long. I was annoyed with his lack of concern and lack of apology. I was also annoyed with people‘s lack of punctuality. I walked away. I probably will not return to this location if I don’t ever have to. Very disappointing.

She told me I should know what I want before I speak. I apologized, Iam getting over a cold and Iam exhausted. My BF told her to calm down and that I wasn’t feel well and her response was to roll her eyes. I get it, it sucks working with the public sometimes. I understand that I frustrated her and made her job a bit harder but mistakes happen and showing another human a little bit of grace can go along way. I hope she learn to do better and I hope she has the week she deserves.
